Napheesa Collier Voted 2025 Unrivaled Most Valuable Player

MIAMI (March 16, 2025) – Unrivaled announced today Lunar Owls forward Napheesa Collier was named the 2025 Most Valuable Player. Collier was named MVP after receiving the most combined votes from Unrivaled players and coaches, as well as fans and a national panel of sportswriters and broadcasters.
“I couldn’t do any of this without my teammates. This has been such an incredible season and everyone played a part in our success, from the coaches and training staff to the staff behind the scenes. I’m so proud of this club and am honored to be the first-ever Unrivaled MVP.”
In Unrivaled’s inaugural season, Collier averaged 25.7 points, 10.6 rebounds, 2.8 assists and shot 61.3 percent from the floor in 14 games for the 13-1 Lunar Owls. Collier led Unrivaled in points, field goals made per game and steals per game. Collier’s 38 points scored on Feb. 8 against the Mist is tied for the most points scored in an Unrivaled game and she finished the season with seven double-doubles. Behind Collier’s play, the Lunar Owls started the season 8-0 on the way to clinching the No. 1 overall seed in the Unrivaled Playoffs, presented by Samsung Galaxy.
