Unrivaled Partners with Mediapro North America to Create One-Stop-Shop in Miami for Inaugural Season
Company Known for its Expertise in Audiovisual, Content Production and Distribution Services Teams Up with League to Ensure Athletes and Fans Receive First-Class Experience
NEW YORK (November 13, 2024) – Today, professional women's basketball league Unrivaled and Mediapro North America announced a multi-year partnership to execute the production of the League and host the 2025 season in Miami, Florida. Together, the organizations are building a 129,981-square-foot, state-of-the-art production facility to host all Unrivaled games, highlighted by a compressed full-court stage built in collaboration with Wide Angle Group (WAG) for a building capacity of 850 and incorporating the latest digital technology. The facility will be equipped with training facilities, a childcare room, an athlete content creation hub, a fan zone area, office space, and a mobile production unit.

Located 6.9 miles from the Miami International Airport, the facility provides space and function, while Mediapro’s production technology will enable Unrivaled to share women’s basketball content and provide enhanced quality to fans at home and in-person. The full-service facility will provide the League and its athletes with a one-stop-shop from meeting rooms, training facilities and a cafeteria with nutritionists to a childcare room for the athletes’ families to use while they train. Mediapro’s production crew experts will be working simultaneously with Unrivaled and the media to provide video assets, pictures, and game highlights to expand the reach of all Unrivaled’s content. Mediapro is also working with the League’s media partner, TNT Sports, to seamlessly transmit every game from January to March.
