Job Overview

The Partnership Services Manager will play a crucial role in nurturing and managing relationships with our brand partners. This role involves executing brand fulfillment strategies, collaborating closely with our marketing and content teams, and enhancing brand experiences. The ideal candidate will be a proactive relationship builder with a passion for women’s sports and a knack for ensuring brand partnership success.

Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with brand partners, serving as the main point of contact.
  • Regularly communicate with brand partners to understand their needs/objectives and resolve any issues.
  • Ensure a high level of satisfaction and positive outcomes for both partners and the league.
Partnership Fulfillment
  • Oversee the execution of brand partnership agreements, ensuring deliverables are met as per the terms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate brand initiatives seamlessly into league operations and marketing strategies.
  • Manage and execute partnership experiences at league events, games, and other key touchpoints.
  • Ensure that brand activations and experiences are engaging, impactful, and reflective of Unrivaled’s standards.
Collaboration
  • Work directly with the President & Head of Partnerships to provide assistance in partnership discussions and execution.
  • Provide strategic input and feedback to enhance brand partnership effectiveness and innovation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in brand development, account management, or a related role, preferably within sports or entertainment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing brand partnerships and executing marketing initiatives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Passion for women’s basketball and an understanding of the sports industry.
